Added switch option times CTD conversion factor preference
Under the “Preferences” menu, the “Switch Option x CTD CF” feature has been added. When the preference is checked, the column will represent the switch option with respect to the CTD and the column name will change from “Switch Opt Value” to “CTD Switch Opt Val”.
When checked, “CTD Switch Opt Val” = Current Switch Option x CTD CF
When unchecked, the switch option value will be calculated with respect to the future
