Enhancement:
Added “Fly” & “Cum Step” columns
Traders can view these columns by navigating to the lower “Rich<->Chp” tab. The “Fly” column will show meeting flies with the current meeting as the belly & adjacent meeting dates as the wings. The “Cum Step” column is the difference between the meeting’s live rate and the overnight rate.
