In this week release we included a refresher on how to restore your RiskVal backup.
For traders who switched their PCs and needed to have RiskVal installed one more time, we provide a quick step-by-step restore process:
Step 1: Click on “Tools” – “Restore Configuration”
Step 2: From the popup, find the date & time stamp you would like to load
Step 3: Hit “Restore Backup”
Step 4: In the popup hit “Restore All”
Step 5: To complete restore process, hit “Restart Now”
For traders who know that they will change PCs in near future, we suggest triggering their own backup. They can do so by clicking on “Tools” – “Backup configuration” & wait until they receive popup notification that the triggered backup was successful.
