[Swap] Added shortcut for future delivery dates and CTD maturity dates
In the "Fixed Start" and "Fixed Mty" columns, traders can now enter bond future inputs. RiskVal supports both issue-specific entries, such as TUZ1, TYH2 and generic entries such as TU1, WN2.
The "Fixed Start" column will convert to the future delivery date and "Fixed Mty" column will convert to CTD's maturity date.
