Added the ability to create WI FRN
Traders can create FRN WIs to analyze the new incoming WI FRN. In the “WI FRN” tab, click on the “New” button to choose the benchmark and set the details for the user created WI.
The WI will be shown in the USD FRN sheet to be analyzed amongst its surrounding bonds.
