Added the heat map in Change on Day (CoD) and (Daily CoD) to illustrate richness/cheapness.


Traders can add the heat map for CoD and Daily CoD by initializing “useBBGLiveVol” and updating “Preferences” by checking the “dChg Background Color” option.
