We are growing rapidly, and need a full-time business operations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment where multitasking and prioritizing were required, as well as skills related to human resources, marketing, and communication. We welcome graduates to join us in this exciting and challenging field.
What you’ll do:

Business duties
-
Transform business and marketing ideas, opportunities, research, and creative vision into tangible reports and deliverables that provide desired outcomes for the firm

Continuously maintain and improve company website and social media platforms by defining objectives and tracking results on a regular basis
-
Maintain strategic relationships with partners/vendors/clients to strengthen the business; viewed as a trusted point of contact for the team

Maintain and improve business processes and company policies to help enhance workflow and efficiency
-

Administrative duties
-
Meticulous support of aspects of company financials and expenses
-
Schedule meetings and appointments within the office; handle company conference and event logistics
-
Maintain smooth running of office processes and supply inventor
-

Human resources duties
-
Recruit and interview potential applicants
-
Organize and coordinate new employee orientation, onboarding, and offboarding
-
Maintain employee records and benefits programs
-
What’s required:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar area of study
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail, consistency, and quality of work

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Emotional ownership, pride in what you do and a strong team ethos
